Pusher engine No 412 of the Norfolk and Western blew up near Coaldale yesterday morning at 7:30 badly scalding Conductor H B Bowman and Brakemen G C Davis and H B Lee, who were occupying the cab in front of the engine. Condcutor H B Bowman died Saturday night from burns received in a locomotive explosion near Coaldale two weeks ago. The remains were taken to Pen Cove, Tazewell county, Va, on No 3 Sunday morning for burial. The services were conducted by Rev Meadows of that place and the body was laid to rest by the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen to which order the deceased was an active member...
