I look up and I know Granny is "in the Sun, the Wind, the Rain... She's in the Air we breathe....I hear her voice as she sings a song of hope and cheer, there's no more pain, no more fear... She died Sunday (August 28, 2016) at Clinch County Health & Rehab after an extended illness.
Deborah was born in Waycross to the late James and Lucille Musgrove Sturges and lived most of her life in South Georgia. She was a woman of many hobbies although the top of her list were growing flowers, cooking and loving on her grandbabies.
Mrs. Andrews worked many jobs to provide for her family and attended Pine Valley Methodist Church.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her loving husband Donnie Andrews and a sister Bertha Perritt.
Survived by three daughters,
Dana Johns (Michael Flynn) of Waycross,
Debbie Duncan (Terry, Jr.) of Millwood,
Donna Walker (Silas Strickland) of Waycross;
( ten grandchildren,)
Mark Joyner, Jr. (April), Jessica Mullis (Kevin), Terrence Walker, Jr., Donnie Walker (Shanna), Tiffany Walker, Debra Walker, Austin Duncan, Dylan Duncan, Derek Duncan, Lillian Duncan;
(12 great-grandchildren;)
three sisters,

Janice Pittman (Raymond),
Barbara Johnson (Craig);
five brothers,
Larry Sturges (Faye),
Jimmy Sturges (Sandy),

A graveside service will be held Friday (September 2, 2016) at 11:00am at Mt. Green Cemetery in Millwood. Visitation will be held on the same day from 9:30-10:30am at Miles-Odum Funeral Home.
