Otta, age 4 months, was first enumerated in the Federal Census on April 21, 1910. Faver was spelled incorrectly as Farier. Her parents owned a farm on Crooked Creek Road in Justice Precinct 3, Jack Co, TX. Her parents had been married one year; her mother had given birth to only one child, her.

Lavada and Bill, age 56, had been living in Archer, TX 15 years when he died on Nov. 24, 1958, from "probability of hear failure." Lavada, the informant on his death certificate, indicated that he was an "oil operator." He was buried in Wichita Falls, four days later, Nov. 28th.

Lavada married Jessie Clarence Doss in Lubbock, TX on Sept. 17, 1976. They were unhappily married and were later divorced. Jessie died in Lubbock, TX on Nov. 8, 1985.

When her health started failing Lavada was admitted to the Carillon Assisted Living facility in Lubbock, where she lived until her death on April 7, 1999, at the age of 89.
