Brian Keith Adams, 47, of Madison, died Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2004, at his residence. The cause of death is under investigation.
He was born June 22, 1957, in Madison, the son of Ernest P. and Lucille Wilson Adams. He was employed at Meese-Orbitron-Dunne for 23 years, retiring in 1999. He loved gardening, and collected coins, stamps and guns.
Surviving are his wife, Brenda G. Combs Adams; one son, Ryan Adams of Hanover; three daughters, Cyndi Dickerson of Vevay, Ginger Thornton of Madison and Vanessa Thornton of Indianapolis; two sisters, Lois Tandy and Sharon Caswell, both of Hanover; six grandchildren; one uncle; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother, Ernest P. Adams II.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Lytle Funeral Chapel, with burial in Springdale Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, and from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday, at the chapel.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to the charity of the donor's choice. Cards are available at the funeral home.
