John Jerry Kudlak born Wheeling, son of James/Jimmy Kudlak.Jr and Helen Erazmus/Eramus, he married Phyllis Theresa Nickerson, 23, November 24 1960, Wheeling.
His grandparents are Johann/John Kudlak Sr and Katherine Dubinski.

Mickey was a retired Administrative Assistant with the Marshall County Commission; former owner of Mickey's Farm Market, Moundsville; former Magistrate of Marshall County; a member of the Kain Club; a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean War; and a member of St. Jude Catholic Church, Glen Dale.
Surviving are his beloved wife of 48 years, Phyllis T. Nickerson Kudlak; two sons, Dr. John J. (Leah) Kudlak, Jr. of Greenville, SC and Jeremy J. (Crystal) Kudlak of Hurricane WV; four daughters, Helen A. (Bill) Ronquest of Bluffton, SC, Naomi T. (Michael) Silver of Mason Neck, VA, Barbara K. (James) Varlas of Wheeling, and Katrina M. Crum of Big Chimney, WV; a sister, Barbara Sago of Bethlehem, WV; two brothers, Michael (Judy) Kudlak and James Kudlak, all of Moundsville; 17 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
