William E. Beatty of 161 Palisade Avenue died Saturday at his home after a short illness. For the past two years, Mr. Beatty was sexton at St. Paul's Episcopal Church. Previously for 33 years, he was district sales representative in Westchester County for the Borden Company of New York, dairy products producer. Born in Yonkers May 30, 1888, Mr. Beatty was a son of the late William and Mary Morris Beatty. He attended Yonkers schools and was a former member of the Pacoy Club and a former officer of St. Paul's Church. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Susan Tator Beatty, a daughter Mrs. Harry (Dorothy) Dahl; a sister, Mrs. George (Mae) Forsythe; and two grandchildren.
