Loren Luke Lewis, age 52, of Mash Fork Road, Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, August 3, 2016, at the Paul B Hall Regional Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky.
He was born November 17, 1963 ,in Paintsville, Kentucky to Carol Sue Day, who survives.
Luke was a devoted member of the Salyersville First Baptist Church. He was also a devoted member of the Salyersville Masonic Lodge #769 F & AM.
Survivors also include his wife, Dee Dee Trusty Lewis, one son, Loren Chase Lewis of Nashville, Tennessee, one daughter, Kaylee Dawn Lewis of Morehead, Kentucky, one brother, Chris Day of Salyersville, Kentucky, and three sisters, Melita Baum of Pleasant Lake, Michigan, and Kelly Coldiron and Shana Bailey both of Royalton, Kentucky. Also, his faithful canine companion, Toby.
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted at 4 p.m. Saturday, August 6, 2016, from the Salyersville First Baptist Church, with Brother Ben Martin officiating.
Masonic rites will be given by the Salyersville Masonic Lodge #769 F & AM on the day of the Celebration of Life Service.
