Bozarth of Buffalo, Ill.; three daughters, Jami and Cynthia Bozarth, both of Buffalo, and Christina Hagstrom of Howard City, Mich.; two sons, LeRoy Bozarth of Buffalo, Ill., and Zachariah Taylor of Howard City, Mich.; her father and stepmother, Carloss B. and Lisa Caruthers of Interlachen, Fla.; her mother, Lois LaFern Gorta Dorough of Savannah; five sisters, Deborah Mooney of New York, Mary Lee Caruthers and Julie Lee Peterson, both of Washington, Renay Viator of Savannah, and Tracy Dodds of Sand Lake, Mich.; two brothers, Steve Caruthers of Washington and William Caruthers of Tacoma, two step-brothers Donald Hedges of Kentucky and Danny Hedges of Washington ; and a granddaughter, Angelica Taylor of Springfield, Illinois.
