Funeral services for Ima HENRY WADE, 86, of Sallisaw were held at 2 p.m. Friday at Agent Chapel in Sallisaw, with the Rev. David Rhoads officiating. Burial in Sallisaw City Cemetery, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home in Sallisaw.
Mrs. WADE was born Nov. 23, 1911, in Brent, to Bob and Mary (CHASTAIN) SMITH. She died Tuesday, Sept. 1, 1998, in Van Buren, Ark.
Survivors include two daughters, Jessie Mae and Carolyn Ann; three sons, Lloyd , Bob and Linville; 13 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; one sister, Flora; one half-sister, Marie; and one half-brother, Ade.
Ima is my grandfather's 1st cousin. She is the d/o Larkin Robert and Mary Elnora (Chastain) Smith. She married 1) Elvis Raymond Henry and 2) Robert Clarence Wade.
