John D. Aber, 90, of Hermitage, passed away on Monday, July 6, 2015 at Sharon Regional Health System following a brief illness.
John was born January 30, 1925 to John L. and Effie E. (Gearhart) Aber in Hickory Township, PA. He graduated from Hickory High School. John worked as a self-employed farmer all of his life. He also worked for Deneen Dairy as a delivery driver and Keystone Bakery in Youngstown, OH. On May 29, 1948 he married the late Shirley L. Robb who passed away July 9. 2011.
John grew wild flowers and enjoyed traveling around the United States.
He was preceded in death by his father John L Aber; mother, Effie E. Aber; sister, Sara Deal, and his wife, Shirley L. Aber.
