Mrs. Aber was born in Sharon, PA on June 9, 1927, the daughter of the late Roy and Bernice (Campbell) Robb.
She was a homemaker of the Protestant faith.
Mrs. Aber knitted for Bundle Babies Charity Knitting in Sharon, PA, she enjoyed flower gardening, art, loved traveling, good literature, interior decorating, designed the home they lived in, cooking, loved children, loved to quote poetry by Emily Dickinson, William Shakespeare, Geoffrey Chaucer and Robert Burns, also enjoyed her turquoise Firebird.
She was a Hickory High School graduate and received a Library Science Degree from Clarion University.
She was the wife of John D Aber whom she married on May 29, 1948, who survives her.
She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter and a brother.
