Mr. Glen A. McGrew born at Barlett, Ohio, August 16, 1896. --died at his home at Mt. Hermon, Ohio, August 13, 1939. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. William McGrew of Bartlett, Ohio who have preceeded him in death. His age was 42 years 11 months 27 days. On February 8, 1921 he was united in marriage with Ruth Gunnett of Columbus, Ohio. To this union was born 3 daughters and 1 son, Margaret, Myrta, Myron, and Glenna, all at home. He is survied also by 3 sisters and 5 brothers. Mrs. Myrta Flowers - Bartlett, Ohio, Mrs. Catherine Stafford- Herminie, Pa., and Mrs. Mary Scharder - Marietta, Ohio. Mr Charles McGrew - Bartlett, Ohio, Mr George McGrew - Bartlett, Ohio, who is unable to be present because he is in the hospital, Mr. Raliegh McGrew - Cutler, Ohio, Mr. Myron McGrew - Herminie, Pa. and Mr. Emmor McGrew of Keystone, Pa., 25 nephews and 20 nieces, 1 aunt and 2 uncles and a host of friends from Columbus and other communities. He attended church at United Brotheren Church, Herminie, Pa. He served 17 yrs. in the United States Army and also in the World War. He will be greatly missed by his family and those who knew him well.
