She was born on October 10, 1973 in Toledo, OH, to parents, Phillip and Rose Womack. She was employed at Harborside Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by son, Jamal and mother, Rose Mary McCollum. Survived by foster daughter, Future Davis; grandfather, Phillip Womack; sisters, Annette McCollum, Felicia McCollum, Omyra Womack, Phyllis Womack; many nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 18, 2006, at Bibleway Temple, 2335 Collingwood Blvd., conducted by Pastor Bruce Mitchell. Wake services to start at 11:00 a.m. to be followed by funeral services at 12:00 noon. Interment Historic Woodlawn Cemetery.
