Caddie Watson Ashworth, aged 88, of Camden, formerly of Cleveland County, died Tuesday, January 11, at Ouachita County Hospital in Camden. She was a homemaker and the widow of Herbert Ashworth. Born in Cleveland County on September 29, 1905, she was a daughter of the late Henry Moses and Emily Derryberry Watson.

Mrs. Ashworth was a member of Cullendale First Baptist Church.

Survivors include four sons, Hubert Ashworth of Mountain Home, Kenneth Ashworth of Laurel, Maryland, Denny and Dean; two sisters, Gladys Kilgore of Silome Springs and Odie Kea of Kingsland; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held last Friday morning at Proctor Funeral Home in Camden, conducted by Bro. Larry Wilson and Bro. Jimmy Burks. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery, with Proctor Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be made to Cullendale First Baptist Church.
