Amos Clabeau falls from a lumber pile, striking his temple
Amos Clabeau, of the firm of Clabeau Bros. died suddenly yesterday under peculiar circumstances. He had been working about the planing mill at the corner of Spring and Clinton streets, and while standing on a load of lumber, fell to the ground striking his temple. He never moved thereafter and died instantly. Coroner Kenney was called. Deceased lived on Pratt Street and was 55 years old. He left a widow and family.
