Lem Roberts, a former resident of Thalia and brother-in-law of Mrs. E. H. Roberts of Thalia, died Monday of last week in Clayton, N.M. Where he had lived for many years. Crowell relatives are nephews Leotis Roberts, Edgar and Roy Long and a niece, Mrs. Ted Reeder.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday afternoon in Clayton.
Mr. Roberts is survived by his wife, the formere Gertrude Ammons of Vernon; one son and one daughter; two brothers, Wood Roberts of Clayton and Ollie Roberts of Fort Worth.
