Robert W. McKinney, 83, of Holiday Island, died Monday, Feb. 10, 2003, in Springdale. He was born Feb. 22, 1919, in Ozark, son of Verne and Bertha L. (Williams) McKinney. Mr. McKinney was a chemist. He served his country with the United States Navy during World War II. He was a Holiday Island Commissioner, a member of the Holiday Island Volunteer Fire Department, and Neighborhood Watch. He was a member of the Holiday Island Community Church, where he was a dedicated member of the choir
