He was born Sept.4,1949 he was born in Granite City Ill., to Charles Leslie and Geraldine Atwill Pendleton, who proceded him in death. On April 25,1970, he was married in Eldon to Ethyl Faye Harrison, who survives at her home.
Mr. Pendleton had worked for ABB in Jefferson City for 33 years and was a member of Victory Hill Babtist Church in Dixon, where he served as a deacon.
Surviving are two sons, Danny C. Pendleton and fiancee Connie Wilcox of Eldon and John D. Pendleton of Dixon; a daughter Holly A. Boggs and husband Nathanial of Eldon; a grandson, Bentley K. Boggs of Eldon; and five sisters, Helen Pendleton, Deborah Ash, and Laveta Pendleton all of Iberia, Lois Ingram of Belle and Hilda Bell of Sullivan.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Rekus Funeral Home in Iberia with Rev. Dennis Nichols officiating. Burial was in Red Cemetery.
