Charles "Carl", was the loving son of Lars and Margaret Johnson Magnuson. Sisters: Ida and Gertrude. Brothers: Henry, Ernest and John. Favorite uncle to many nieces and nephews. Uncle Carl was a gentle man with a kind heart. He played the organ at his Lutheran Church. He could take shorthand and was employed as a Private Secretary at Northwestern Railroad - Chicago. He served in the Navy during World War One.
