Wayne Wilson Allen, 79, of Siloam Springs, Arkansas, passed away March 9, 2016, at Washington Regional Hospital, Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Born January 22, 1937, in Delaware County, Oklahoma, he was the son Carmon Allen and Martha (Blagg) Allen. He and Sue Philpott were married July 9, 1958. Wayne was a Christian and a longtime member of Harvard Avenue Baptist Church, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. He was retired from Gates Rubber Company after 22 years of service. He loved to fish, work in the garden and watch Razorback football and basketball as well as JBU basketball.

Wayne was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include wife Sue of the home; son Randy Allen and wife Jackie of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; daughters Kelly Bates of Bentonville, Arkansas and Angela Allen of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; 6 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; sister Shirley Rich of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; brothers Dale Blagg of Waterford, California, Delmar Allen of Edmond, Oklahoma and Ronnie Allen of Jay, Oklahoma.

Funeral services will be 2:00 pm, Monday, March 14, 2016, at Harvard Ave. Baptist Church, Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Burial will be private. Visitation will be 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, Sunday, March 14, 2016, at Wasson Funeral Home, Siloam Springs, Arkansas.
