Helen and Daniel were married on October 8, 1873 in Downers Grove, DuPage County, Illinois. They had one child, Theodore Rogers Lyons. Helen Elizabeth [ROGERS] Lyons had five siblings: Mary Lucinda [ROGERS] Harmon, Theodore Smith Rogers, Joseph Warren Rogers, Francis Aldrich Rogers, and my great great grandmother Sarah Medora [ROGERS] Kinley. Some of the streets in Downers Grove are named after the ROGERS family and the Historical Museum has many records and artifacts from this family as well.
