He is survived by his parents,Jerry and Roxanne Ward Hensley of McMinnville Tenn,one brother Glenn Hensley,of McMinnville;paternal grandmother,Fanny Hensley of McMinnville;maternal grandparents,Mr and Mrs Glenn Ward of McMinnville;And maternal great-grandmother,Kathryn Hutcheson of Brunswick Ga.Services were Wed.Dec.23 1998 High's Chapel with Jerry Feathers officiating. Burial in Highland Cemetery in Sparta Tenn.
