Mattie Grace Scogin, 95, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 19, 2016.
She was the daughter of the late Otha Herbert and Lola Martin Herbert and was preceded in death by her husband, Edwin Scogin; son, Eugene Scogin; and brothers, Roy and Bobby Herbert.
