12 Oct 2006: Anna E. (Moyer) Hamilton, 92, formerly of Dover, passed away Tuesday, October 10, 2006, at Village at Sprenkle Drive Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was the wife of Donald Lee Hamilton who died in 1982. Mrs. Hamilton was born in Shamokin July 29, 1914, to the late George and Clara E. (Llewelyn) Moyer. Anna retired as a hairdresser. She was a member of Zion United Methodist Church, York. Mrs. Hamilton was also a member of White Rose Chapter of Eastern Star #360 of York, Garden Club of Shiloh, Home Eck Club, and Weigelstown Chapter of AARP. She is survived by one sister, Ellen West of CA; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters. Service Saturday at LeRoy R. Leber Funeral Home, York (Shiloh), her pastor, Dr. Bradley A. Brown, officiating. Final resting place in Suburban Memorial Gardens. [York Daily Record]
