Mr. Hodge, a native of Brownwood, was a Navy veteran of World War II and had retired from Savannah River Site. He was a member of St. Nicholas Lutheran Church, where he served on Church Council and Property Committee.
Survivors include his wife, Virginia Hodge; two daughters, Barbara Ann Hodge, Fairfax, and Cynthia H. Davis, Pickens; a brother, Henry D. Hodge, Savannah; three sisters, Mattie Hodges and Doris Arden, both of Savannah, and Beatrice Hodge Bickel, Fort Pierce, Fla.; and two grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
