Kanyian "Tater" Armenta, of Wellington, Kansas, passed away Monday, April 11, 2016 at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas at the age of 8. He was born on Thursday, November 15, 2007 in Wichita, Kansas. Tater always had a smile and hug to share with his family and friends. His gift was to make those around him feel better about them selves. He will be missed by many including his mother, Christy Winger; sister, Victoria Winger; brothers, Logan Winger, James Winger and Blaine Guthrie all of Wellington, Kansas along with a large extended family of grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and his many friends.
Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, April 14, 2016 with the family present from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Funeral services for Kanyian will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, April 15, 2016 at the First United Methodist Church, Wellington, Kansas. Pastor Mark Cress of Church Ignited will officiate.
Interment will follow at Prairie Lawn Cemetery, Wellington, Kansas.
