He has two brothers, Bradley and Ryan, and a sister, Sarah. Doug graduated from Broad Ripple High School in 1979. He attended Ball State University. In 1985, Doug married the love of his life, Donna.
Together they have two beautiful daughters, Jordan and Jenna. Doug and Donna also have three wonderful grandchildren, Trevor, Sloane and August.
