CORLESS, Marie Age 93, died Friday, March 14, 2008 at Woodridge of Heartland, Fairfield, She was born September 20, 1914, in Hamilton, the daughter of Ewell and Nora (Price) Cole. She married Hubert Corless on August 8, 1942 in Brookville, Indiana and he preceded her in death in April 1971. She had managed the school cafeteria at Ross Middle School, retiring in 1979. She was a former member of Millville United Methodist Church and had served as treasurer for the Village of Millville for many years. She is survived by two daughters, Janet Smith and husband, Jim of Lewes, Delaware and Dottie Becraft and husband Charles of West Union, Ohio; a son, Michael Corless of Hamilton; a sister, Dorothy Morris of Fairfield, three grandchildren, Deron Shelley, Gina Strouble (Matt) and Ryan Dodd; five great grandchildren and two nieces, Judy Dirksen (Howard) and Glenda Jackson and their families. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 18, 2008 at 11 a.m. at Weigel Funeral Home, 980 N. W. Washington Blvd. Burial will be in Millville Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday morning from 9:30 a.m. until time of the funeral In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Heartland Hospice Memorial Fund, in care of HCR Manor Care Foundation, P. O. Box 10086, Toledo, Ohio 43699-0086
