Sarah L. Chadwick, 6-day-old daughter of Chester and Kathy (Hicks) Chadwick of 59 Main St., died Sunday in Wesson Memorial Hospital, Springfield. She was born June 5 in Springfield.
Besides her parents, she leaves her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Walter Hicks of Charlemont and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Chadwick of Ashfield; a great-grandfather, Raymond Hicks of Charlemont, and a great-grandmother, Mrs. Alan Manning of Bethel, Vt.
Graveside services will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. in Arms Cemetery with the Rev. John Geer of the Charlemont Federated Church officiating. There will be no calling hours. Smith-Kelleher Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
