Orville Nance was a Navy Veteran, Union Crane Operator, 1975 Pikes Peak Hill Climb Champion and member of the Pikes Peak Hill Climb Hall of Fame, the Big Car Racing Association (BCRA) Hall of Fame, and several others at tracks throughout the mid-west and Rocky Mountain regions. Orville passed away on February 15, 2011. He is survived by his wife Betty, daughter's Sandy and Linda, sons Gary and Gail, two step children, one sister Dorothy and two brothers, Roy and Everett. He had several grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. A Memorial to follow at a later date.
