WALTER WILLIAM INGRAHAM
The funeral for Walter William Ingraham, 78, of Buffalo, Oklahoma will be 10 a.m. Thursday at United Methodist Church, Buffalo, Oklahoma. The Rev. Carolyn Murrow will officiate. Burial will follow in the High Point Cemetery, Buffalo, Oklahoma. Arrangements are by Myatt Funeral Home.
He was born February 14, 1926, in Quinlan, Oklahoma to Charles and Jame Million Ingraham and died Tuesday, July 27, 2004.
He attended Curtis, Oklahoma schools, and served in the Marines from 1943-1946. He was a member of the United Methodist Church and American Legion of Buffalo, Oklahoma. He was a leadman for City Service Gas Company, retiring in 1985.
He married Glenda McDowell may 29, 1949, in Mooreland, Oklahoma.
Surviving are his wife, Glenda; two sons, Darrall Ingraham of Buffalo, Oklahoma and Steve Ingraham of Glennora, Louisiana; two daughters, Karen Hickman of Buffalo, Oklahoma and Connie Ashlock of Laverne, Oklahoma; two brothers Charles Ingraham of Alva, Oklahoma and Jimmy Ingraham of Portland, Oregon; five sisters, Mildred Gardner of Mooreland, Oklahoma, Dorothy Bull of Texarhana, Texas, Venita Patton of Mooreland, Oklahoma, Neola Reed of Friona, Texas, and Helen Holloway of Mooreland, Oklahoma; 11 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
