Obituary Published in The Bushnell Record: Ida Bollinger
"Ida Hare, daughter of David and Elisa Hare, was born in Maryland February 25, 1867, and departed this life March 20, 1919, at her home in New Philadelphia, Ill., aged 52 years and 23 days. She was united in marriage with Samuel Bollinger August 23, 1885. To this union were born nine children, three of whom died in infancy and those who survive her are her husband and four daughters and two sons, namely, Mrs. Charles Swise of Bushnell, Mrs. Earl Huffman, Abingdon, Mrs. Clela Hinman, Galesburg, Lester Bollinger, Abingdon, Robert and Dorothy at home, seven grandchildren, three brothers and three sisters. Mrs. Bollinger united with the United Brethren church some years since and has lived a consistant Christian life. Services were held at the New Philadelphia church in charge of Rev. J. B. Stubblefield. Burial was at Mound Cemetery."
