Taylor Lee Pope, 16, Pendleton, formerly of Fortville, died Oct. 11. He was a sophomore at Pendleton Heights High School and former student at Hamilton Southeastern High School. He was a member of Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Oaklandon. He had been a ranger on the Appalachian Trail in North Carolina. Memorial contribution may be made to the Taylor Lee Pope Memorial Camper Scholarship, in care of Deep Woods Camp, 751 Walnut Hollow Road, Brevard, N.C. 28712. Services; 10:30 a.m. Oct 15 in Ronald L. Seals Funeral Home, Fortville, with calling from 2 to 6 p.m. Oct. 14. Burial: Park Cemetery, Greenfield.
