Jessica Jade Fugate age 22 of Rutledge, passed away December 17, 2015 due to an automobile accident.
She was a member of Narrow Valley Baptist Church, and was preceded in death by her grandparents; Eugene and Laura Mae Fugate, J.C Johnson; and cousin Ashley Diamond.
Survivors include her parents, Roger (Janet) Fugate of Tazewell and Vicki Fugate of Rutledge; grandmother, Laura Johnson of Rutledge; step sisters, Vanessa Lane, Tonya and Sonya Black; step brother, Chris Black; aunts and uncles, Linda (Wade) Carpenter, Betty (Keith) Diamond, Brenda Johnson of Rutledge, Peggy (Mike) Conard of Dandridge, Anthony (Jody) Fugate, Gary (JoAnn) Fugate of Mooresburg, Robbie (Kim) Fugate, Debbie (Lamont) Hope of Morristown; and a host of cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be 7:00 P.M. Monday, December 21, 2015 in the chapel of Smith-Reagan Funeral Home in Rutledge with Rev. Herb Coffey and Rev. Robbie Linkous officiating. Family and friends will meet at 10:45 A.M. Tuesday in Narrow Valley Church Cemetery for an 11:00 A.M. graveside service. The family will receive friends 5:00 P.M. till 7:00 P.M. prior to services Monday evening at the funeral home.
