Nelson E. Hickok
Cherry Creek -- Nelson E. Hickok, 57, of Cherry Creek, employed by the Erie Railroad, as a station agent at Cherry Creek, and Conewango, for 38 years until he retired a few years ago because of ill health, died in W.C.A. Hospital, Jamestown at 12:45 A.M. today. He had been a patient there two weeks.
Mr. Hickok was born in Eden, Feb. 28, 1894, and had lived in Cherry Creek most of his life. He was a past master of the Cherry Creek Lodge F. and A.M. No. 384.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Juva Saxton Hickok; a daughter, Mrs. Betty Jane Bolles of Jamestown, and five grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held from the late home at 2:30 P.M. Sunday. Rev. Maurice Cornwall, pastor of the Cherry Creek Baptist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Cherry Creek Central Cemetery.
