Inurnment will be private for Dorothy Mae Chambers, a native of California who died Wednesday in a Santa Rosa convalescent hospital. She was 62.
Born in Berkeley, she lived in Guerneville for 45 years and recently moved to Santa Rosa. She served in the U.S. Navy in World War II. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by children James W. Chambers of Rohnert Park, Robert R. Chambers and Barbara J. Chambers of Guerneville and Joseph B. Chambers of Cazadero; and father James W. Porter of Los Gatos.
No services will be held. Private inurnment will be at Redwood Memorial Gardens, Guerneville. Pleasant Hill-Analy O'Leary Mortuary, Sebastopol, is handling arrangements.
