PHYLLIS MARY HADDRELL, was born October 26, 1911 in Swampscott, Essex County, Massachusetts, USA. The family later moved to the nearby town of Marblehead. Phyllis received her Bachelor's Degree from Radcliffe College (now part of Harvard University) in 1933. She worked at MCI Framingham as a social worker. On July 25, 1936 she married EVERETT CARLETON FOSTER in Swampscott, Essex County, MA, USA. The couple had two children (both still living), and then moved to Cincinnati, Ohio for Everett's job with General Electric (GE). After her children were grown, Phyllis worked as a social worker for the Cincinnati Welfare Department. In 1964, she received her MA in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati. Phyllis died from heart problems on June 26, 1981 and is buried at Hopewell Cemetery in Montgomery, Hamilton County, OH, USA.
