BLACK HAWK - Elaine Stensaas, 76, Black Hawk, died Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2006, at Rapid City Regional Hospital. Survivors include one son, Randy Stensaas, Newcastle, Wyo.; one brother, Eddie Crisman, Rapid City; three grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. Memorial services will be at Black Hills National Cemetery. Osheim-Catron Funeral Home of Rapid City is in charge of arrangements.
