Cyrus Champ, aged 85 years, died at his home on North Fork, a few miles from Mouth of Seneca, Sunday May 30th.
The burial occurred at the home place, Monday afternoon. Mr. Champ had lived at the home for more than fifty years. He was one of the oldest citizens in that section.
He is survived by Mrs. Champ and his three children, Andy J. Champ, his only son, lives on the farm with his parents, The two surviving daughters Mrs. Jemima Shirk and Mrs. Elizabeth Judy.
Mr. Champ had been seriously ill since the middle of December, suffered intensely during the last couple of weeks of his life.
