Norma Louise Bussard, 90, of 131 River St, went to be with her Lord and Savior, at 11:11 am, Sunday, November 29, 2015, at UPMC Northwest in Seneca.

Born February 28, 1925, she was a daughter of the late Paul Foreman and Hazel O’Neil Ewing McKean.

Mrs. Bussard was a 1942 graduate of Cranberry High School. She worked and retired from the Oil City School District in the cafeterias at Siverly, Lincoln and Hasson Heights schools.

She was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church, where she taught Sunday school and serves on several church committees.

On February 26, 1944 she married Wade Bussard, who preceded her in death on March 30, 1981.

Surviving are two sons, Terry Bussard and wife Mary Jane, and Rick Bussard and fiancé Deb Smrekar, all of Oil City; two daughters, Sandy Evans and husband Bob of Winston Salem NC, and Linda Combs of Lexington NC; six grandchildren, Eddy Hower, Scott Bussard (Pam), David Bussard (Ami), Todd Combs (Gina), Susie Sant (Todd) and Betsy Wyncoop (Kendra); 10 great grandchildren and one great great grandson.

Also surviving are two sisters, Pauline Middleton, and Joyce Gahring (Merle), all of Oil City; one brother, Ed McKean (Lana) of Sapulpa OK; several nieces and nephews, including a niece whom she helped to raise, Brenda Bitner of Georgia.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Teri Hower and Kim Bussard; five brothers, Elwood Ewing, Bob Ewing, Bill O’Neil, Dickey Dewayne McKean and Myles McKean; and three sisters, Laua May McKean, Marybyrd McKean Montgomery and Edna McKean Kimes.

Interment will be in Brandon Cemetery Old Salina Road Seneca, PA,
