Angelina Artillaga, 78 years old, of San Diego, California passed away on October 18, 2015. She was born on January 8, 1937 in Orion, Bataan, Philippines. She married the love of her life, Art Artillaga, on January 14, 1962. They were blessed with 53 years of marriage and four children.

While in the Philippines, Angelina worked as a culinary instructor and in San Diego she worked for Host International. She was a member of the Orion Community Association of California. Angelina's passion in life was cooking, for family and friends alike. She loved it when others enjoyed her delicious cooking.

Angelina is survived by her husband, Art, and her four children, Arielito (May), Abigail ( Brad), Gerald ( Maridy) and Irene (Adam). Surviving siblings include Lolita Quicho Tajuela and Leonardo Quicho. Her legacy includes her nine grandchildren; Steve, Denise, Ayesha, Gino, Paulene, Camille, Kenneth, Nicklaus and Irina.

A celebration of her life and visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Humphrey, 753 Broadway, Chula Vista, California, 91910 on Tuesday, October 27th and Wednesday, October 28th from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. with a rosary to be prayed at 7:00 p.m. each evening. A funeral mass will be held in her honor on Thursday, October 29, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Mater Dei Catholic Church, 1615 Mater Dei Drive, Chula Vista, California.

Final resting place will be at Evergreen Memorial Park and Chapel in Orion, Bataan, Philippines.
