Rome - Thomas Cavanaugh, 36, of 716 Calvert St., died Saturday after an illness of several weeks with pneumonia. He was born in Camden, son of Burdette and Almira Allen Cavanaugh, now of Pulaski, and came to Rome 11 years ago from Verona where he had resided for nearly two years. On Sept. 17, 1923, he married Mildred Chase of Camden and she is survived with one son, Thomas B., at home.
