ABRAMOVITZ, Helen Age 88, of Dayton, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at Cypress Pointe. Helen was retired from Good Samaritan Hospital as a counselor, a member of Beth Abraham Synagogue, a board member of Jewish Family Services, a member of the Citizen Review Board for Montgomery County Juvenile Court, a group leader at Oak Tree Corner, and a volunteer with DECA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles in 2009. Helen is survived by her daughters & sons-in-law, Debra Stouffer & Edwin Kautto of L'Anse, MI, Beth Zuriel & Yitzchak of Israel, and Sara Abramovitz & Larry Sternberg of Sudbury, MA; grandchildren, Benjy & Efrat, Shira & Avidan, Rina & Nadav, Ephraim & Emma, Amitai, Ryan & Lori, Ariel, Josh, and Yoni; great grandchildren, Evyatar, Shilo, Haggai, Uria, Nehora, Bina, Teena, Nigun, Yosef David, Shmuel, Yehuda, Alma, and Zev; niece, Maralyn Tabatsky (Ken Schwer); nephew, David Tabatsky; and other relatives and friends. Funeral service 2:45 PM Thursday (TODAY) October 22, 2015 at Beth Abraham Synagogue, 305 Sugar Camp Circle with Rabbi Joshua Ginsberg and Cantor Andrea Raizen officiating. Interment Beth Abraham Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Beth Abraham Synagogue or the in Helen's memory. Arrangements entrusted to Marker & Heller Funeral Home, N. Main St. Chapel.
