W. B. Tadlock, 54, died at 12:15 a.m. Friday at his home at 2024 West Waco Drive. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Wilkirson and Hatch Chapel, Ministers Richard Daughtry and Trine Starnes officiating, burial in Waco Memorial Park.

Mr. Tadlock was born at Willis. He came to Waco from Temple in 1936. He organized the Tadlock Oil Co. He was a member of Columbus Avenue Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife of Waco; his mother, Mrs. Fannie Tadlock of Waco; a brother, George W. Tadlock of Waco; a sister, Mrs. R. E. Arnold of Bartlesville, Okla.
