Martha married Henry Yancy Stuart.

They lived in Macksburg, Madison, Iowa. Their daughter Elvira Jane 5/18/1856 (married Samuel Frazier) and son Jefferson Riley 5/18/1858 (married Mary Sell) were born here.

By 1860 they had moved to Winterset, Madison, Iowa. Here two daughters were born. Delilah Pearl 2/23/1862(married Albert K Sell) and Savana May6/20/1864 (married James Lewis McCall)

The family moved to Harrison County, Iowa, around 1868. Here their 2 sons are born, William Henry 2/29/1868 (married Ada Jane Frazier), Marcellus Ezekiel 6/2/1870. Also 2 daughters are born, Annie Susada 3/23/1873 (married Frank Crooks) and Mary Ellen 2/3/1876 ( married John Willard)

By 1880 the entire family is living in Jackson, Nodaway, Missouri. Delilah and Savana both married in Parnell. Nodaway, Missouri after their parents death.

Gravesite Details

The family bible has them listed as Stuart. Henry Yancy's headstone next to Martha's is spelled Stuart. The top of the headstone is broken off and gone.
