Funeral services for Josephine Broughton, 87 are scheduled for Saturday, October 10, 2015 1:00pm at Galilee Baptist Church with Rev. Anthony Williams officiating, Rev. Bobby Land, Sr. eulogist. Interment will be in Galilee Cemetery under the direction of Brooks Sterling & Garrett Funeral Directors.
Miss Broughton was born in Smith County and was a lifelong resident. She was a retired housekeeper and a member of Galilee Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents Jettie and Lula Browning Broughton.
She is survived by her son Leroy Johnson and daughters, Katie Ingram, Lula Price and Sharon Broughton. Brothers Kenneth Broughton and Robert Broughton; sister Pleasie Broughton. A host of grandchildren, neices, nephews, and other loving relatives.
