Steven Wayne Gamon, age 74 of West Carrollton, passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2015. He was born February 27, 1941 in Carrollton, Kentucky the son of Parker Gamon and Ruth Helen Horan.
He graduated from Carrollton High School the class of 1958 then served his county in the Navy during the Vietnam War.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Steven is survived by his wife, Linda; 2 daughters, Andrea Gamon and Dee & Roger Bolden; a son, Dean & Annmarie Hutchins; a sister, Kim & Gary Ziegler; a brother, Mike Horan; 7 grandchildren, Stephanie, Marcus, Brittany, Jeramie, Brittany, Jonathan, Ashley; and 4 great grandchildren. He was also survived by family and friends.
Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at 12:00 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home - South Chapel (3940 Kettering Blvd., Kettering, Ohio 45439). Visitation will be from 10:00 am until time of service. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery.
