Richard was executive director for 13 yrs of United Methodist Home for the Aging, Including Bethany Village & Bethany Towers both in Mechanicsburg, PA.
He is survived by wife, Mrs. Ruby Brinkman, two daughters, Rita Brinkman & Rhonda Shaffer; his mother, Mrs. Clessant Brinkman of Hull, IL and one granddaughter.
Memorial services were held in Camp Hill Methodist Church.
