Mr. Flores was a Member of the United States Army for 21 years and served two tours in Vietnam and was a Veteran of the Korean War and was Honored by a 21 gun salute. Mr. Flores lived in Odessa for 13 years. He was a resident of Wichita Falls, and retired from the army. He was a member of the The American Legion Post No. 430 in Odessa, Tx.
