SPRINGFIELD - Betty Jean Phillips 79, of Springfield, died Friday April 1, 2005, at St. John's Hospital.
She was born April 20, 1925, in Springfield, the daughter of Robert and Tillie Wilkinson Phillips.
Mrs. Phillips was a homemaker.
Survivors: son, Earl Runyon of Springfield; and several nieces and nephews.
Cremation rites have been accorded by Bisch Crematory. Private family services will be held at a later date.
Bisch and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
